Learning Conversations 7-12 Campus
Dear 7-12 families
Wednesday Week 1 Term 2 will see the 7-12 Campus undertaking Student Led Learning Conversations with Parents/Carers. Appointment times are available from 3:15 - 7:45pm and be in 15 minute allocations if you would like to meet with a teacher.
These appointments can be booked through the Schoolzine App by following this link https://easternfleurieu.schoolzineplus.com/view-session/23 .

Should you require assistance to make your booking, Chloe (Administration) will be available on Monday and Tuesday of Week 1 on 8536 2455.
If you are unable to attend during this time then you are welcome to contact your child’s subject teacher at the beginning of term 2 and make an alternative arrangement that suits you both. As we are still required to meet SA Health COVID social distancing guidelines there will staff members will be located in areas as per their house groups. We ask for your assistance in helping us maintain these guidelines by only attending at your allocated meeting time and limiting the number of people in attendance at the meeting.

Reminder that today is the last day of Term 1.
All campuses will dismiss early, at 2:15pm. We hope our students all have a wonderful break. Term 2 resumes on Tuesday 27th April, 2021.

We hope you all enjoy the 4 day Easter long weekend ahead. School dismissal is normal time today, Thursday 1st April at 3:15pm. School resumes Tuesday 6th April.

AGM Meeting this evening
AGM of EFS R-12 Governing Council
Monday, 22nd March 7:00pm at the Strathalbyn 7-12 campus
All parents, carers and students are welcome to attend the AGM.
We welcome Ms Ann Prime, Education Director, Noarlunga 4, who is attending the AGM to address a number of topics, in particular around our school’s academic performance.
You don’t have to be on the GC to attend the Annual General Meeting. All persons within the school community are eligible to attend general meetings of the school community and vote on any matters proposed for resolution.
At the close of the second call for nominations to GC, Principal Ian Kent declared Melanie McAnaney, Melanie Priestly and Julianne Fox elected.
There are still 3 vacancies on GC. Nominations for the two 2 year terms and one 1 year term will be accepted at the AGM.
All persons who are parents/caregivers of the school are eligible to nominate for election as a councillor, however only parents/caregivers of the school may vote to elect councillors (in the event a vote is required).

The first meeting of the new GC will immediately follow the AGM to appoint office bearers.
