Invoices covering the Material and Services Charges (school fees) for your child/children are posted to your nominated address in January at the start of the school year.
Additional Charges
Throughout the year there are additional charges for sports, excursions, camps and other activities.
Selected subjects also incur fees. These costs are invoiced once each student’s subjects have been finalised.

Payment of invoices can be made via a variety of methods:
School Card
A new application for school card needs to be submitted for each school year.
It is recommended that you lodge the application as early as possible once the year has commenced.

Financial difficulties? If experiencing financial difficulties at any time during the year please contact the R-12 Finance Officer at the 7-12 Campus on 8536 2455 to confidentially discuss the extension of due dates or other financial assistance the school may be able to offer.
